Description + Condition:

High-precision machines for the processing of very small tolerances. Excellent machine stability with robust cast iron bed, hydrodynamic spindle bearings and double-sided grinding and regulating spindle bearings.

The machines were used for thru-feed grinding of small needles for needle roller bearings. They were taken out of production 1-2 years ago, and various components of the control had been removed.

Due to missing electrical parts the machines are currently not operational. Circuit plans to build new electrical enclosures can be supplied.



Machine 1:

Built 1985, serial # 41421, thru-feed machine, mechanically complete, electrical cabinet available, control + wiring diagram is missing.



Machine 2:

Built 1991, serial # 41663, thru-feed machine, mechanically complete, electrical cabinet available, control + wiring diagram is missing.



Machine 3:

Built 1988, serial # 41502, thru-feed machine, there is missing the grinding wheel spindle, the regulating wheel gearbox, front regulating wheel bearing and some motors. The electrical cabinet is present, the control and some other electrical components are missing.

This machine will be added free of charge as a spare part machine
