3-axis CNC vertical machining center with integrated pallet changer

Increase productivity and run your Haas unattended by ordering your VF-3 equipped with the Haas heavy-duty automatic pallet changer. The Haas automatic pallet changer is a side-loading pallet changer featuring two 19" x 40" (483 x 1016 mm) steel pallets (additional pallets are available). The heavy cast-iron base of the automatic pallet changer is secured directly to the vertical machining center for stability, eliminating the need for further anchoring.

The automatic pallet changer allows non-machining tasks, such as fixture setups and part changeovers, to be performed offline on one pallet while parts are being machined on the other pallet. With both pallets loaded, the vertical machining center may be run unattended. This integrated system requires minimal training and runs seamlessly from the VF-3APC's control.

The Haas VF-3 vertical machining center itself has 40" x 20" x 25" (1,016 x 508 x 635 mm) travels and is built utilizing vibration-damping cast-iron components. The automatic pallet changer footprint adds only 60" (1524 mm) to the right side of the typical 118" (2997 mm) width of the VF-3, and does so without blocking or entering the main aisle in front of the machine.
