he TK 418 model is a 3-axis CNC vertical machining centre and it is particularly suitable for those who wish, with a limited investment, to rely on the high technical standards that distinguish the CNC-controlled machines. It features a superior machining capability along the Y axis (2000 mm) and features a clamping system made up of a vacuum base that allow to anchor panels which could hardly be fixed by means of a traditional clamping system
The adjustment of the airflow on the working surface is manually controlled thus allowing the operator to decide in which area the suction is going to be concentrated. This function enables the air distribution to be adapted to the customer needs and provides for a higher clamping efficiency on small elements.
Thanks to a new touch screen monitor the operator can easily and intuitively manage all machine functions.
