The plant is fully functional and ready to work. Each device was regularly cleaned and maintained. The aim of the whole set is to get silver of fineness not lower than 999 (99,9% purity and more).
The bath is made of stainless steel and PVC. When connected to the rectifier and the control panel, it is being used to carry out the process of electrolysis.
The centrifuge is made of stainless steel and was used to separate remains of liquid from recovered silver. It is equipped with a timer, a stainless steel basket and replaceable bags.
The cementation tank is made of PE and PVC set in a coated steel frame. It comes with a discharge pump to pour away liquids from silver leftovers, it also has a removable cover. Diameter of a bottom discharge valve is fi50.
