The Audionpack EL-MATIC EM-24H Automatic L-Sealer is one of the most advanced fully automatic shrink wrapping machines on the market. Used in conjunction with an in feed conveyor and heat shrink tunnel the operator simply places on the product to be wrapped and the machine does everything else producing a highly presentable shrink wrapped item.
The EM-24H has a fully programmable user friendly backlit LCD display which can to save up to 20 different product operations at anytime. The intuitive touch screen can be used to access useful stored and real time information such as product counter, total measurements of pack length, overview of the machines performance and control of irregular packs. The PTFE coated sealing bar height is automatically controlled and can be used to create either single packs or multi packs.
The Audionpack TE-MATIC TM18L double chamber heat shrink tunnel is a modern energy efficient machine build to an extremely high quality standard. The TM18L can be used in conjunction with various other makes and models of l-sealering machines and sleeve wrappers or other applications that require heat shrinking.
