The Propac PW-4000W is our top-level pallet wrapper that allows a wide range of customisation and control for the highest quality wrap to protect your products. The PW-4000W has an integrated weigh scale with digital display and photo sensor to automatically detect the pallet height. At the end of the wrap the film is automatically cut from the pallet increasing efficiency. An optional ramp or slotted turntable can be added which allows operator to load the pallet wrapper with a pallet truck if a forklift is unavailable. A magnetic brake system prevents any unnecessary movement when loading/unloading and the turntable always return to the same point once the wrap cycle is completed speeding up the unloading process. The 180° rotating control panel allows the operator to adjust film tension, adjust turn table speed, adjust carriage speed, save 3 different wrap cycles to memory, add up to 9 reinforcement wraps at the top and bottom of the pallet and a top sheet function which secures a top sheet to prevent water damage. For operation the operator places the pallet onto the turntable, then connects the stretch film to the bottom of the pallet, a wrapping cycle is selected to begin the wrap. The power pre stretch carriage can pre stretch up to 300% transforming 1 meter of film into 3 meters.
