Promotional Printing Machinery was established in 1985 and is located in the seaside town of Morecambe, Lancashire. We supply, import and export quality used printing equipment as well as new products, We have a full range of printing equipment from small finishing items; drills, bookletmakers, collators, folders, numbering machines, gluers and guillotines, to Flow line and packaging lines. We have over two hundred machines on our shop floor in our new 20000 square feet factory in Morecambe and a team that has many years experience that are able to help at every available time we can. As a company we like to offer a peace of mind to all our customers new and old,Promotional Printing Machinery also specialises in the purchase of complete plant and equipment.

The DEM C4520 L-Sealer & heat Tunnel semi automatic system is simple to operate and is the next step up from a chamber machine. Used in conjunction with centre folded shrink film. The operator places the product into the shrink film, then moves the product across into the sealing area and the sealing bar is then manually lowered to make the heat seal. Once the sealing process has started the operator prepares the next product to be packaged. After the sealing process the sealing bar is automatically raised and the conveyor systems starts taking the product into the heat tunnel for shrinking. An optional flexible conveyor can be added to manage the finished products exiting the heat tunnel. The sealing time and the conveyor operating time can be adjusted on the l-sealer and the heat tunnel temperature is adjusted via the control panel.

Used in conjunction with centre folded shrink film up to a roll size of 750mm wide. The operator places the product into the film, then moves the product across into the sealing area and the sealing bar is then manually lowered to make the heat seal. Once the sealing process has started the operator prepares the next product to be packaged. After the sealing process the sealing bar is raised and the conveyor systems starts moving the product away on to an optional conveyor or into stand alone heat tunnel. Like manual and semi automatic shrink wrappers the fully automatic machine uses centre folded polyolefin film. However, instead of the product being wrapped being loaded by hand an automatic conveyor feeds the product into the film. The machine measures the length of the product and the sealing jaws operate automatically to produce the sealed bag.

The Model A-23 is a versatile, compact, fully automatic machine that features straight-line product flow. Centerfolded film is dispensed from a power unwind to the film inverting head which turns the film inside out, leaving an opening for product insertion. With each machine cycle, the infeed conveyor brings the product to the insertion arm and stops. The insertion arm advances the product into the film and on to the discharge conveyor, and then returns to receive another product. The sealing arm closes to seal the package. When the seal is completed, the arm opens and the discharge conveyor carries the package to the shrink tunnel. Meanwhile, the next product is being fed into the insertion and sealing stations of the machine automatically. The machine does not require a continuous flow of product for proper operation. Changeover to different package sizes takes only minutes. The Model A-23 is a compact machine for wrapping small-sized products at high production speeds.
