Promotional Printing Machinery was established in 1985 and is located in the seaside town of Morecambe, Lancashire. We supply, import and export quality used printing equipment as well as new products, We have a full range of printing equipment from small finishing items; drills, bookletmakers, collators, folders, numbering machines, gluers and guillotines, to Flow line and packaging lines. We have over two hundred machines on our shop floor in our new 20000 square feet factory in Morecambe and a team that has many years experience that are able to help at every available time we can. As a company we like to offer a peace of mind to all our customers new and old,Promotional Printing Machinery also specialises in the purchase of complete plant and equipment.

The LST 50 semi automatic L sealing machine is an all in one shrink wrap solution for presentation w... The LST 50 semi automatic L sealing machine is an all in one shrink wrap solution for presentation wrapping. It consists of the sealing system and a continuously running heat shrink tunnel mounted onto a single frame. The machine uses a single phase, 13 amp supply and since the machine is mounted on lockable castors it is easily moved about. Speed of operation is around 600 products per hour and requires an operator to be present at all times to load the product. The product being wrapped is manually loaded into the centrefolded film. The sealing and cutting head is manually lowered onto the film and is held in place with a solenoid. After this point, the operation is fully automatic. The sealing head is released after a preset time and the wrapped product is automatically conveyed into the heat shrink tunnel. After the heat shrink tunnel the product is either discharged onto a table or onto another conveyor. Both polyolefin and PVC can be used with the LST 50 semi automatic L sealing machine. The LST 50 can wrap a pack 380 x 500 mm. This machine is a used machine that has undergone specialist service work and is ready to operate. All used machines are fully inspected, safety tested, cleaned down and serviced by our engineers in our workshops before being advertised for sale.
