Multi-coordinate measuring machine FAG MGF10 is designed for the form measurement of large and heavy workpieces with different axis positions in the XY plane, for example, crankshafts, crankcases, gearbox, gear shafts and cylinder heads.
As a reference for determining the deviation of the shape and position are the high-precision guidance axes.
Completely on air bearings movable tower construction in the X-and Y-direction is the characteristic feature, such as base and Z column in granite version.
The rotary table with R600C ZUN600C for centering and levelling (+ / - 5 mm) of the workpieces up to max. 500 kg load capacity.
The deviations of these characteristics can be measured: straightness, roundness, cylindricity, profile of any surface, concentricity / coaxiality, run and inclination.

The FAG MS 8001 controller controls all 6 axes (X, Y, Z, Q, Cs, Cr) in manual and automatic operation. The FAG probe controller MV1000 is amplifying the measuring signals of FAG sensor head ST180, the data processing is performed with a HP320 computer.

The form-measuring machine is in excellent condition and still functional.
HP320 computer and software are obsolete, service and training are no longer possible. Therefore, the measuring machine is available only for spare parts or for rebuilding!
